Cancellations Policy for Mowers Online

At Mowers Online (www.mowersonline.com.au), we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for cancelling orders placed through our website. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation by Customers
Before Processing: You may cancel your order at no cost if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
After Processing: Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may need to follow our Refunds Policy for return options after delivery.

Confirmation: If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and any payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
2. Order Cancellation by Mowers Online
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
Stock Unavailability: If a product is out of stock or discontinued after your order is placed.
Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a website or system error.
Suspected Fraud: If we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of payment methods.
Other Reasons: Such as inability to deliver to your address or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain disruptions).
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and any payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders for custom or special-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless the product is faulty or covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Clearance or final sale items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations before shipping will receive a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies (e.g., refund, repair, or replacement) for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees, such as being of acceptable quality or fit for purpose.
